Trainers will work with the student at the convenience of your own home or at our training location off of 40th street west and avenue K in Lancaster, Ca.
Each participant will receive a copy of John Woodens Pyramid of Success, Nutrition Sheet and plyometrics training sheet consisting of drills for the student to practice in between training sessions. New training sheets will be given to the student on a monthly basis.
Students will perform either low or high impact drills depending on the level of the athlete. Are experienced trainers will decide what level each student is on during the assessment period. Due to the impact plyometrics has on the body it is important that the athlete doesn’t do more than 3 days a week of plyometric drills.
